Welcome to your new instructor website!
Our goal is to make it easier to find the resources you need and to help us communicate with each other better.
You’ll find that you have more control over your own profile information. You can easily edit your phone number and email address. These are the two primary means of communicating with you. We have the ability to text message from the website, and also to send newsletters and other communication via email. The phone number you provide will be used for texting, and the email address is where you will receive occasional emails from TWU557’s leadership. We will not bombard you with information, but only when it is appropriate. You can also be confident your personal contact information is safe, and will not be shared with any third party organizations.
Hopefully you’ll find the information you need on the improved menu pages. You’ll find most of the information under the “Instructor” menu. If you don’t find something you think should be on the site, please use the “Email the Board” feature to let the web administrator know that.
We’ve also transferred the accident reports and industry news files here. This will provide you with a lot of great background information about various events that have happened here at Southwest as well as in the rest of the aviation community.
This new website also allows us to publish polls allowing you to express your opinions on various issues that might come up from time to time. This will undoubtedly be used during the upcoming contract negotiations to allow us to know where you stand on those various issues.
There is also a link to the Trade Board. It hasn’t changed at all, and you still login there with your trade board login information. It remains its own separate website with its own login credentials. You can reach it without going through this menu by going to https://trades.twu557.org in your browser.
