Howdy fellow instructors:
As another month comes to a close, we quickly near the opening of our contract negotiations. As you may recall, we’re scheduled for opening talks with the Company May 21. After three surveys, we’ve attempted to compile and prioritize the desires and needs of our group. We still have several additional planning sessions in the works and continue to seek your input so we can best represent you.
In an effort to both hear your voices and introduce our members to our new Union office home, we’ve scheduled an Open House at the TWU557 headquarters. April 8 and 9 from 0800 until 1700 we’ll have Board and negotiating committee members available to visit, field questions and take in your concerns and suggestions. Better yet, we’ll feed you breakfast or lunch and show off our new digs. So, schedule accordingly and stop by and see us before or after your sim/device periods or classroom assignments. Join us at 8500 N Stemmons Freeway (75247) Suite 3015. We’re just north of Empire Central on the east frontage road.
